The company achieved its 25th consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth, and recorded more than 40 percent revenue growth over 2007. The organization’s year-over-year revenue growth was driven in part by all time high customer renewal rates of over 100 percent, on a dollar renewal basis, and its continued success in industry specific talent management solutions.

 

New customers added during the company’s record quarter include Brookfield Residential Property Services, Hamilton Health Care System, International Turnkey Systems Group, Medical College of Wisconsin, Minnesota Judicial Branch, MTS Allstream, Pharmascience, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, Rush University Medical Center, SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts, Smithsonian Institution, The Word & Brown, Toyota Boshoku America and Universal American Corp.

 

Despite challenging economic conditions, the company has achieved significant growth, and maintains an internal focus on talent development. This focus was recently recognized when Halogen was honored as an employer of choice, and named one of the Top 50 Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada.
