Peopleclick, Inc., the leading global provider of talent acquisition and workforce compliance and diversity solutions, announced today the release of Peopleclick Contact Management 2.1. With this new release, Peopleclick Contact Management will provide clients with advanced search capabilities and will help organizations expand their talent pool of future candidates.
This release of Contact Management will feature the following enhancements:
- Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes Integration – Gives clients the ability to send activities created in Peopleclick Contact Management directly to their corporate calendar in Microsoft Office or Lotus Notes. With this new feature, clients can coordinate their contact management activities with the rest of their daily schedule.
- New Boolean Search Capabilities – Gives clients the ability to perform searches using conjunctions such as and, or and not. The new Boolean searches can be combined with other conventional searches and will provide enhanced search capabilities within documents and description fields.
- Search by Date of Last Update – Allows users to search for contacts by the last date they were contacted. The technology will give clients the ability to quickly find contacts based on their last activity, last campaign, last email sent or information change. This empowers recruiters to target their outreach and ensure they are systematically staying in front of their prospective candidates.
Peopleclick Contact Management is a key resource for organizations who want to take advantage of the talent surplus due to the current economic environment. Forrester Research Senior Analyst Zach Thomas has noted in a February 2009 report titled HR’s Critical Role in Economic Downturns that “many recruitment technologies offer lightweight contact management capabilities, and leaders like Peopleclick offer feature-rich customer relations management for recruiting solutions as a stand-alone or integrated with the recruiting product.” Thomas also commented that “when the market swings, an organization’s diligence in managing this pool will pay huge dividends because they will have a qualified pool of talented candidates to tap immediately.”
“The current economic environment has created the perfect time to build a talent community of the brightest and most talented professionals in the market,” said Ginny Gomez, Peopleclick’s SVP of Product Management and Marketing. “We have seen an upward swing in Peopleclick Contact Management as organizations are using our solution to proactively grow their relationships, nurture contacts and build a talent pipeline of prospective candidates.”
