First Advantage, a Symphony Technology Group (STG) company and a leading provider of talent acquisition and electronic data solutions, announced recently the successful implementation of e-signature capability for Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) screening, available the first day allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. First Advantage began proactively working to release this enhancement that allows applicants and employers to digitally sign 8850 forms since the Internal Revenue Service issued Notice 2012-13 in February. Since the beginning of March, First Advantage has successfully processed thousands of electronically signed 8850 forms and employer adoption is growing steadily.
