Bullhorn, the global leader in online recruiting software, announced a series of milestone achievements for the first half of 2012 – including strong new bookings growth, new product innovations, and customer wins – at its sold-out user conference last week, Bullhorn Live.
Milestone Achievements
Bullhorn’s new bookings increased 66% in Q1 2012 compared to 2011 while new ATS/CRM seat growth was up 69% over the previous year’s period. The company added more than 3,500 new ATS/CRM seats from 380 new customers during the first half of 2012, including Sodexo Australia, GMR Marketing, Bond Street, Vision IT, and Maplesoft. Combined with continued rapid growth of Bullhorn Reach, the company’s pioneering social recruiting product, Bullhorn broke through the 100,000 user mark. Now, more than 12,000 companies in 126 countries rely on Bullhorn to hire the best talent using the company’s flagship ATS/CRM platform and Bullhorn Reach.
Bullhorn Reach has experienced unprecedented growth in the first year since its commercial release. With more than 82,000 recruiters as registered users, Bullhorn Reach is now the standard in social recruiting platforms. In the past three months Bullhorn signed new agreements with clients including Brooksource, FGP International, TrueBridge, and KBW for Bullhorn’s enterprise-scale social recruiting product, Bullhorn Reach Team. In addition to growing recruiter usage, job seeker traffic to the social recruiting platform is up over 700% with 1.1 million unique monthly visitors.

Hundreds of Recruiters at Bullhorn Live
The Bullhorn Live User’s Conference attracted more than 300 staffing and recruiting professionals from 104 companies for two full days of expert presentations, breakout sessions, face-to-face product demonstrations and networking events – all focused on helping recruiting professionals generate greater revenues in 2012.
In the month leading up to the event, customers were invited to test their knowledge of the Bullhorn ATS for a chance to win prizes and participate in the first-ever Bullhorn Live game show. The top five scorers – Brian Roach of Design Group Staffing; Spencer Hellman of JOCO; Russ Danford of MATRIX Resources; Kyle Ketcham of Randstad Technologies; and Doug Feltman of 24 Seven Inc. – went head-to-head on stage, answering questions on the ATS, Bullhorn history, and even music from the 1970s.
