Well-known HR technology expert to become a key member of company’s management team

KnowledgePay announced the hiring of Jacqueline Kuhn, a seasoned human resource technology strategist, as vice president of professional services.

Kuhn will spearhead KnowledgePay’s outreach to customers, from sales to implementation and services, drawing on her broad experience in the human resource (HR) and technology markets.

Introduced last month, KnowledgePay compensation software is a unified platform for managing jobs and pay. It integrates all corporate sources of compensation data in a single business software environment rich with tools for analysis and communication. The system enables compensation professionals to make better decisions, helps organizations avoid unwanted turnover, increases workforce engagement and maximizes an organization’s ROI on compensation, its single largest investment.

“Jacqueline provides the ideal blend of expertise for KnowledgePay’s customer-centered approach,” said Chris Kelley, founder and chief executive officer. “Her expertise in HR technology and customer requirements adds deep insight into meeting our customers’ needs – whether in implementation, integration with existing systems or ongoing support, both technical and strategic.”

As head of professional services, Kuhn draws on 25 years of experience in the human resource and information technology markets, with a special focus on delivering HR solutions through technology enablement. Kuhn’s career has centered on HR technology strategy, software selection and implementation, and application management.

Kuhn has held a number of management positions for RR Donnelley & Sons, Computer Science Corporation (CSC), Moore North America, Sears and OfficeMax. Kuhn has been a member of International Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) since 1991. She was elected to the IHRIM board of directors in 2000 and now serves as the organization’s Past Chair. Kuhn has presented for IHRIM on a variety of topics related to human resource systems. In addition, she has published a chapter in IHRIM’s press book “21 Tomorrows New Formula: Concept Driven Innovation through Strategic HR.”
