Consistent with the Company’s global Recruitment Management System (RMS), Peoplefluent VMS 6.0 features intuitive navigation, dashboards with drag-and-drop widgets and single sign-on, easy-to-use approach.
Peoplefluent’s Vendor Management applications provide important visibility into the extended workforce – including contingent and contract workers, as well as an organization’s services procurement spend – allowing organizations to better manage their spend, compliance, risk and efficiency. By addressing the total workforce, VMS 6.0 enables organizations to gain control over talent decisions, driving improved productivity while averting the misclassification and other issues related to contingent workforce management.

Candidate Comparison also helps to standardize the decision-making process, ensuring the choices are based on objective measures.
